Who am I?

The world of tourism and hospitality has defined my life since childhood.

I have been surrounded by the world of tourism and hospitality since childhood, so when choosing a career, it was clear to me that this was the direction I wanted to go. I have always strived to create projects that are sustainable and create value in the long term by combining scientific research and practical experience.
Today I work as a consultant, researcher, and leader all at the same time – I believe that strategic thinking is only worth something if it works in everyday practice.

My mission

I am proud to be able to contribute to the development of tourism and hospitality both as a leader and as a researcher.
I try to pass on the experience I gained while managing Kistücsök Food & Room, as well as my academic research and publications, to my students and clients.
My mission is to inspire and support future professionals in building their careers on a solid foundation - whether it's academic work, a career in industry, or their own business.

Professional background

2019–2020 – International event organization

  • Participation in the organization of the Hungarian appearance at the Dubai World Expo.

2019–2021 – Hungarian Tourist Agency

  • Project manager, then consultant to the Deputy CEO.

2021–present – Kistücsök Food & Room, Balatonszemes

  • As a hotel manager, I manage the hotel, which has received several domestic and international awards in recent years.

Academic work

  • Corvinus University of Budapest – lecturer and researcher.

  • Numerous domestic and international publications, conference presentations, workshops.

Mentoring

  • Supporting university students and early career professionals.

  • I provide my mentees with the opportunity to accompany me to professional events, conferences, and meetings, gaining first-hand experience.
